This week, Yasmin Hurd, PhD, a professor of psychiatry, neuroscience, and pharmacology and systems therapeutics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, discusses her new report on marijuana, and its potential to curb opioid addiction. Also, Stan Wagner, a cancer patient, shares his personal story about how he raises money climbing mountains for multiple myeloma research, and gives thanks to his doctor, Sundar Jagannath, MD, director of multiple myeloma program at the Tisch Cancer Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, for saving his life.
